Submission Guidelines

 

The World Journal of Cyber Data Science Research (WJCDSR) invites original, high-quality research contributions from academicians, researchers, professionals, and practitioners in the field of cyber data science and related disciplines.


1. Types of Submissions

WJCDSR accepts the following categories of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Papers
  • Case Studies
  • Technical Notes
  • Short Communications

All submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.


2. Manuscript Preparation

2.1 Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English

2.2 Formatting Requirements

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: Standard (1 inch on all sides)
  • Page numbers must be included

2.3 Structure of the Manuscript

Authors should organize their manuscript as follows:

  1. Title Page (Title, Author(s), Affiliation, Corresponding Author Details)
  2. Abstract (150–250 words)
  3. Keywords (4–6 keywords)
  4. Introduction
  5. Literature Review
  6. Methodology
  7. Results and Discussion
  8. Conclusion
  9. References

Additional sections such as acknowledgments and appendices may be included where necessary.


3. Referencing Style

  • Authors must follow a standard citation style (APA/IEEE or relevant discipline-specific format)
  • All references must be complete, accurate, and properly cited
  • DOI links should be included where available

4. Figures, Tables, and Illustrations

  • All figures and tables must be properly labeled and numbered
  • High-resolution images should be provided
  • Sources must be acknowledged where applicable

5. Ethical Requirements

Authors must ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and free from plagiarism
  • Proper acknowledgment is given to all sources
  • Any conflicts of interest are disclosed
  • Ethical approval is obtained where required (for human/animal studies)

6. Plagiarism Check

All submissions will undergo plagiarism screening. Manuscripts with significant similarity or ethical issues will be rejected.


7. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s official submission system or designated email
  • Authors must provide all required details, including contact information and affiliations
  • A cover letter may be included with the submission

8. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions are subject to a double-blind peer review
  • Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer feedback
  • Final acceptance is subject to editorial approval

9. Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright of their work
  • Published articles will be licensed under an open-access license
  • Authors grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the work

10. Article Processing Charges (if applicable)

  • Any applicable publication charges will be communicated to authors upon acceptance of the manuscript
  • There are no charges for submission

11. Withdrawal Policy

  • Authors must inform the editorial office in case of withdrawal
  • Withdrawal after acceptance may be subject to administrative policies
