Automating Cloud Performance Monitoring Using Machine Learning

The trend of dependence on cloud computing for hosting critical applications increases the need for strong and efficient performance monitoring systems. Traditional methods of monitoring fail to scale up and adjust to the dynamic nature of environments in the cloud. This manuscript discusses a proposal concerning the use of machine learning (ML) for automating cloud performance monitoring. It studies diverse ML models,eature engineering methods, and the approach to realtime data analysis that can offer accurate predictions and anomaly detection for any performance optimization. The proposed system will ensure adaptive monitoring by reducing the intervention of humans and minimizing operational inefficiencies through historical and real-time data.
