Abstract

Intelligent load balancing is a cornerstone in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of large-scale cloud applications. With the exponential growth in cloud computing, traditional load balancing techniques struggle to meet the dynamic demands of modern applications.

This manuscript explores the design and implementation of intelligent load balancers that leverage machine learning (ML) and heuristic algorithms to optimize traffic distribution, minimize latency, and enhance resource utilization. Through an extensive literature review and experimental evaluation, this work highlights the superiority of intelligent load balancers over conventional methods. The results demonstrate improved response times, cost efficiency, and adaptability to varying workloads.
