Abstract

Cloud services have become indispensable for organizations aiming to achieve operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization. However, effective lifecycle management of these services remains a critical challenge. This manuscript explores best practices for managing the lifecycle of cloud services, encompassing planning, deployment, optimization, and decommissioning.

Through a systematic literature review, a structured methodology is proposed to address lifecycle complexities, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing value. Findings emphasize automation, governance, and continuous monitoring as pivotal practices for sustainable cloud service management. The conclusions highlight the necessity of adopting a structured lifecycle framework to align cloud service capabilities with organizational goals.
