This manuscript explores advanced techniques for resource allocation in cloud environments, including virtualization, load balancing, task scheduling, and machine learning approaches.

By examining existing methodologies and presenting a novel framework, this paper provides insights into improving scalability, minimizing latency, and enhancing resource utilization. The results indicate significant advancements in operational efficiency, paving the way for more sustainable cloud ecosystems.
