Abstract

Managing large-scale cloud applications is a complex task requiring efficient build automation, dependency management, and streamlined deployment processes. Apache Maven, a robust build automation tool, has emerged as a cornerstone for these operations. This manuscript explores Maven's role in managing large-scale cloud applications by discussing its features, its advantages over traditional build tools, and its integration with cloud services.

Through a comprehensive study of existing literature and a detailed examination of use cases, this paper outlines how Maven simplifies dependency management, promotes reproducibility, and supports scalability in cloud-based environments. The findings highlight Maven's contribution to improving development workflows, reducing manual errors, and accelerating application delivery in cloud-native ecosystems.
